Caroline Yeatman, Nutritional Therapy and Functional Lab Testing
Doing ‘everything right’ but still not feeling your best?
Hi, I’m Caroline and understand the frustration of working hard at keeping a healthy lifestyle yet still not feeling your best. I use functional lab testing to find out what your GP's tests might be missing and help you feel like yourself again.

Why I know the “healthy food” industry only cares about your wallet, not your unique biochemistry
My former career in the food industry gave me a front-row seat to how products are developed and marketed. Messages about what is healthy change constantly and can be really confusing.
My mission is to educate people about which foods and supplements really work for them, and not to waste time or money chasing the latest ‘healthy food’ fad.
About me
With a 25-year career spanning the food industry and nutritional science, I bring a rare combination of insight and evidence to my work. I'm here to listen, investigate, and help you feel like yourself again.
Common issues I work with:
Common ongoing symptoms including digestive discomfort, fatigue, skin flare ups, allergies, stress, weight & hormonal changes
When blood tests come back “normal” but you still don’t feel well and want more answers
Support with GLP-1 medications, either starting, maintaining or stopping them
Finding the root cause of symptoms because medication is not helping, or having unwanted side-effects
My approach:
Root cause, not just symptoms – functional lab testing plus your health history to find out what's really going on.
Doing ‘everything right’ but still feel rubbish? You're not imagining it – I specialise in supporting clients with exactly this.
Nutrition advice you can trust – 25 years in the food industry, science-led, no confusing or conflicting advice based on the latest headlines.
A personalised plan with regular check-ins, built around your life, not a generic template.
I work alongside your GP, not instead of them, so everything fits safely with your care.

Test don’t guess! Why functional testing is a good investment for your health
The wrong foods or supplements at best will be a waste of money, and at worst, can cause more imbalances. Functional lab testing helps identify what is truly going on and indicates which dietary and lifestyle changes may be most effective for you.
Some of my favourite lab tests:
Stool Test (Regenerus GI 360)
Struggling with IBS, bloating, skin flare-ups, or recurring UTIs? This test looks beneath the surface of your digestion – ruling out parasites and candida, and revealing what's really behind symptoms that antibiotics or other medications haven't fixed.Hormone Test (Regenerus HuMap)
Fatigue, mood swings, anxiety, disrupted sleep, or unexplained weight changes could all be hormonal. This test maps what's happening with your hormones – whether that's perimenopause, PMS, fertility concerns, or the impact of chronic stress – so you finally have real answers and insight.Advanced Blood Analysis (Functional Diagnostics Ultra Health Check)
A full picture of your nutrient status, thyroid, blood sugar, liver, immune and cardiovascular health – even if you feel "fine." Think of it as a preventative check-in, giving you the clarity and reassurance to take control before small imbalances become bigger problems.
